Alright, so let me get things straight at this point. Its not the difficulty or complexity of the situation, that makes me panic or anxious or stressed out or hopeless. Its the reality of me, that makes me anxious. Its the fact that im dont have proper habits or an organized way of life or that im not desciplined.

Its the feeling that i cant teust myself, and that im not able to handle the situation and solve the problem.

Im more calm now, i think. I can more trust myself at this point.
